Advanced robotic thermoforming
Our company meets the needs of our customers with state-of-the-art equipment, operated by expert and qualified technicians, along with the skill gained over decades of experience. We have been operating since 1969, at the service of customers throughout Italy by producing plastic products and components. We guarantee punctuality, craftsmanship in the details of each product, versatility, flexibility and timely deliveries even on limited productions. We are specialists in thermoforming: we use sophisticated computerised machines with a wide traditional and twin sheet dimensional range. We refine products through mechanised processes, making use of the precision of numerically controlled (CNC) cutting robots.
We firmly believe in protecting the environment, so we recycle all of our processing waste in full compliance with current environmental legislation.
Precision equipment and timely production
At Carpiplast, we offer the customer complete advice, from the design of the product to the realisation of the prototype and from the supply of molds and models to the production of finished pieces. We are a reliable partner throughout the vacuum plastic and plastic materials definition and molding process. In recent years, our Carpi-based firm has acquired new technology and cutting-edge equipment which have made it possible to improve production both in terms of timeliness and precision.
We use numerically controlled 5-axis robots for product cutting and finishing. We are experts in making finishes by ultrasonic welding and applying profiles, gaskets or mechanical parts. We apply the thermoforming technique to materials such as ABS, shockproof polystyrene, polycarbonate and methacrylate.
